My Top Ten Songs of the Week

Every Sunday, I will be posting the top ten songs I could not stop playing all week. Some songs may be on for more than one week because they’re that good. Haha. They also vary in genre, era, and more. And, yes, I love my musical versatility. Haha. I can be listening to Imagine by John Lennon then jump to Energy by Drake. Hope you enjoy these songs! Video links (which I do not own) are included! And, there’s no explanation, let the music speak for itself, so just listen and see why I love them for yourself!

1. Gorgeous- X Ambassadors (Upstate Sessions)

2. So Into You Cover- Childish Gambino

3. Sober (Live) -Childish Gambino

4. Unconsolable- X Ambassadors

5. Clocks Go Forward- James Bay

6. Stay- Mac Miller

7. Stand Tall- Childish Gambino

8. Energy- Drake

9. Lights Down Low- Max Schneider

10. God Put A Smile Upon Your Face- Coldplay

    1. What type of music are you into?

And cool! Yeah. I have been into YouTube mixes heavily lately. And they’re all I’ve been listening to. Especially Childish Gambino because his new album came out a little while ago.

      1. Youtube has music mixes? I am into all types of music, I’ve been listening to MS MR and Young M.A a lot. I’ve heard a lot about Childish Gambino but never got around to listening to any of his music.

      2. Yeah. He’s my favorite at the moment.

And yes! YouTube mixes are the best. When you listen to a song on there (a video) under it, it’ll say 50+ videos related to that song. It’s great. Reunite with lots of of songs that way, find great new songs, and have a little playlist like a radio station of an artist.

  1. *gasp* LOVE X Ambassadors. I can listen to VHS over and over… hearkens back to so many 70’s and even 80’s songs. (Yes, I was a bigtime Bee Gees fan at age 6.) Love their new take on old sounds.
