I’m on the edge of glory…

Not the Lady Gaga song, but the edge where two natural figures collide.
The sand and the ocean…
Where the water dances around your ankles and the sand crumbles like brown sugar.
Sometimes the pair simply mix together, water and sand, and make wet sand, but sometimes they produce absolute beauty.
The two earthy beings are just sand and just water alone.
But when the two beauties’ edges meet, they shine and glimmer like beautiful diamonds.
And they reflect beauty in everything that comes across it, like the sun swimming around in the sky, or a child dipping their toes in the calm waves, or a seashell washed up on shore, or a pile of cool green slithering seaweed.

It’s called a beach, but it’s also the perfect collision.
Edge

Hi readers! I'm Amie, the author. Thanks for stopping by my blog! I wrote my first story in the second grade, and it was called "How the Bat Got its Wings". That was the moment I fell in love with writing, at the young age of 8. I have been writing ever since. And, when you believe in something and love something, you share it with the world. So welcome to my world and welcome to my words! I post every Sunday, so be sure to stop by then! And, don't just scroll through– read, engage, and enjoy! Thank you all for your support! It means more than the world to me!
