Don’t look at me, my face isn’t covered in make-up.
Don’t look at me, my body is bigger than a model’s.
Don’t look at me, my hair is chopped off.
Don’t look at me, my skin isn’t Eurocentric.
Don’t look at me, my teeth are crooked.
I said don’t look at me!
I’m… I’m not the ideal woman of society
Please, don’t look at me mirror…

Hi readers! I'm Amie, the author. Thanks for stopping by my blog! I wrote my first story in the second grade, and it was called "How the Bat Got its Wings". That was the moment I fell in love with writing, at the young age of 8. I have been writing ever since. And, when you believe in something and love something, you share it with the world. So welcome to my world and welcome to my words! I post every Sunday, so be sure to stop by then! And, don't just scroll through– read, engage, and enjoy! Thank you all for your support! It means more than the world to me!
